Went here for our breakfast during our first day in Nenagh. If you’re looking for a nice spot with tasty food, friendly staff and don’t mind a busy atmosphere it was perfect. Coffee was really good and would recommend if you’re nearby.
My son and I were in Nenagh last weekend for a wedding. We took the train down from Dublin and were starving by the time we got to Nenagh. Although the café was extremely busy, within minutes of arriving, our order was taken and I had a beautiful latte in hand. My son had the French Toast! He absolutely loved it! And I can't remember the last time I had an omelette so good! Bravo to the chef! The food isn't the only thing to rave about … the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Service was amazing! Top-notch! Big shout out to Brig and all the Staff! We were treated like Kings! Thank you to all! Highly recommended!
Truly a must visit spot I wouldn’t go anywhere else for breakfast or lunch in Nenagh. We have been here twice in the last few weeks - both experiences were exceptional. The staff are the most welcoming I have ever met. As you open the door you instantly feel at home with the delicious smell of coffee and sweet treats . Bridget, in particular her big smile and welcoming personality truly like someone welcoming you into their home . The last time we went it was Halloween and the decorations were out of this world and today it was like stepping into a little winter wonderland I didn’t get as many pictures as I did of the Halloween decorations as I didn’t want to disturb other customers enjoying themselves . You can also purchase some of the many Christmas decorations so a little keep sake for your trip. This time we had just missed breakfast and had a lovely lunch - I had the vegetarian lasagna and my boyfriend had the stroganoff both fresh and packed with flavour. To finish off we both had coffees and rice crispy slices which I had been dreaming of since our last visit - a true slice of heaven. The breakfast we had was the best I have had in years - a variety of options for all. My boyfriend is gluten intolerant and Bridget couldn’t do enough for him and he had a the vegetarian fry, with gluten free bread. I had pouched eggs, beetroot hummus, avocado, pesto - I mean just look at the photos to even do it justice. We will most definitely be back - a total gem . Easy to get parking outside too and a short walk into the square in Nenagh if you wished to do some shopping after.
Always a pleasure to dine here whenever I come back to visit Nenagh. The food is tasty, the coffee is sumptuous and the raspberry scones are to die for. And all of this and more can be experienced in a comfortable, relaxed dining environment. Supporting local businesses is so important nowadays and I'm very happy to support a place as special as Steeples.
Very cute coffee shop with a little book store inside. It has a good variety of hot and cold drinks and sweet bakery. It has a nice atmosphere, calm and relaxed, just perfect to get some coffee or some tea with good company. There’s the chance to sit inside, outside or to have your order as take away. The price is right, average. They have non-dairy free options for plus 0,40€. Recommended!
